    Descriptive  text is a text that describes or describes a person, animal or an object of good form, its properties, its amount and others. The purpose of descriptive is to describe, describe or express a person or an object.

      

• The Characteristic of Descriotive Text :

                - Verb used is attribute verb, like be (am, is, are)

                - Tense used is simple present tense

                - Just focus on one such object.

• Purpose of Descreptive Text : to decsribed the characteristic of specific things, for example a specifix person, things, animal, or place.

•  Structure of Descriptive Text : 

a.  Identification is the introduction, a general description of a topic.
b.  Description (description) is to contain special features possessed by objects, places, persons, or animal described.

Cristiano Ronaldo is one of famous football player in the world. Madridista (Real Madrid's fans) often calls him CR7. CR is the abreaviation of Cristiano Ronaldo, and 7 is his shirt number when playing for both Manchester United and Real Madrid

Ronaldo was born in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal on 5 February 1985. His father's name is Jose Dinis Aveiro. His mother's name is Maria Dolores Dos Santos Aveiro. He has one brother, Hugo, and two sisters, Elma and Liliana Catia.

Cristiano Ronaldo is a famous footballer. He is from Portugal, a country in Europe. Before playing for Real Madrid, he has played for Sporting Lisbon and Manchester United.

People knows Cristiano Ronaldo is a good football player. He can run fast and dribble well. As a striker, he becomes a goal getter for Manchester United and Real Madrid along his career. He can get more than 30 goals every season.

Interpersonal text is a text used to connect with others in order for us to communicate with others properly and socially.

Cara buat Kue ku/ angkueh / kue thok

Assalamualaikum Warrahmatullahi Wabarakatuh para pembaca yang budiman. Long time no posting.. huu bener-bener terbengkalai ini blog soalnya males nulis & dirumah gak punya wifi :P. Tapi gegara pelajaran e-learning di kampus yang disuruh bikin blog, jadi mau gak mau ya harus nulis apapun di blog, buat nambah nilai :D.

            Oke enough basa-basinya. Kali ini aku bakalan posting gimana caranya bikin kue ku atau angkue atau nama samarannya itu kue Tok. Waaaah namanya banyak banget sih, hehehe.. tapi kalian pasti tau kan kue yg satu ini. Iyaappp betuulll kue yang dari tepung ketan isinya kacang ijo. Biasanya siih bentuknya kura- kura , tapi seiring perkembangan zaman kue ini ada berbagai bentuk kayak bentuk buah & sayur seperti yg aku bikin kali ini. Letss cekidot.

            Bahan-bahan yg di perlukan :

1.      Tepung ketan 250 gr (aku pakai rosebrand)

2.      Kacang ijo kupas (aku pake setengahnya ¼ gr)

3.      Kentang kukus 2 buah

4.      Santan secukupnya

5.      Gula pasir secukupnya

6.      Gula halus secukupnya

7.      Pewarna makanan

8.      Garam sedikit

9.      Daun pandan

10.  Daun pisang (untuk alas kue)

    Maap bangettt – nget karena ini masih newbie mosting-mosting resep masakan jadi gitu. Aku kurang ngerti ukuran gram-gram bahannya nya gituu berapa, tapi kalian bisa lihat punyanya orang lain di cookpad kok, di situ lebih jelas resepnya J

Langkah –langkah :

1.      Rendam kacang ijo selama kurang lebih 1 jam supaya kacang mekar , lalu kukus kacang ijo sampai matang. Setelah matang taburi gula pasir sesuai selera. Lalu aku haluskan dengan entong aja udah bisa halus. (bisa juga dengan blender dicampur santannya sekalian).

2.      Kemudian masak santan di wajan (250 ml) kalian kira-kira sendiri sesuai dengan banyaknya kacang, lalu masukkan kcang ijo tadi. Masak dengan api kecil sampai textur kacang sudah dapat dipulung. Sambil menunggu dingin kita buat adonan kulit.

3.      Masak santan kira-kira 500 ml, masak dengan daun pandan supaya harum. Tunggu sampai suam” kuku.

4.      Untuk adonan kulit . campur tepung ketan dan kentang kukus tambahkan gula halus sesuai selera serta garam sedikit. Masukkan santan sedikit demi sedikit hingga adonan kalis atau sudah dapat dibentuk.

5.      Bentuk kacang bulat – bulat sesuai selera, kalau saya buat kecil-kecil karena akan bikin bentuk buah- buahan mini.

6.      Bagi adonan kulit (saya bagi 3 bagian) warna merah, oren, dan ungu. Jangan lupa sisakan adonan sedikit untuk warna hijau sebagai daun buah.

7.      Bentuk bulat-bulat sedikit lebih besar dari bulatan kacang ijonya.

8.      Watunya membentuk. Pipihkan adonan kulit lalu beri adonan isi, lalu bulatkan kembali. Saya warna merah untuk strawberry, oren untuk jeruk dan wortel, dan ungu untuk manggis.

9.      Bentukk – bentuk sesuai buah yg anda iginkaan, jangan lupa beri sedikit daun pisang untuk alas kue.

10.  Panaskan kukusan. Saya pakai megicom hehehe. Kalau mengukus dengan tungku jangan terlalu besar yaa apinya dan jangan lupa kalu mengukus tutup magicom atau kukusannya dilapisi kain, supaya air uap tidak membahasi kue.

11.  Kukus selama 10-15 menitan saja, sambil setiap 5 menit check kue. Supaya memastikan apakah kue mbeleber atau tidak.

Nah , itu tadi caraku bikin kue tok. Maklum laah masih pertama bikin heehehehe... kalo bentuk kuenya cakep ya karena ada yg ngebantu yaa hehehe. Aku suka kue nya jadi nyaa unyuu gitu. Kecil imut-imut langsung hap saat di makan :D.
